Based in San Francisco, we specialize in multifamily and commercial properties in the western United States. Our lending relationships include commercial and investment banks, credit unions, life insurance companies, and private lenders. The Rincon Group was established in 2013 by Nils Ratnathicam, who holds over eight years of experience in commercial real estate finance. Since 2007, he has arranged over $750 million in debt and equity financing on behalf of his institutional and private clients.
