R.L. Reed, Inc. (RLR) was established in 2000 by Ronald L. Reed, in Las Vegas, NV, specifically at the time, to service Nellis and Creech Air Force Bases as a General Contractor. In recent years RLR has reached out to the Tonopah Test Range, DOE and several other military bases including the Desert Warfare Training Center and Ft. Irwin Army Base in Southern California. RLR is an IDIQ contractor for Nellis and Creech Air Force Base's and has recently secured a MACC contract for future work at Nellis and Creech. We are accustomed to building demanding projects requiring aggressive schedules and firm budgets that produce first-class results.
