Research & Marketing Strategies, Inc. (RMS) was founded in 2002. RMS initially formed as a small, niche marketing and market research firm. Today, it has grown into a full-service research organization offering business solutions using marketplace intelligence and industry knowledge across the country. The company strives to maintain a customized personal approach to each client's needs, listening carefully and providing insightful research. 2004-RMS opened its in-house call center to conduct telephone surveying on behalf of its clients. 2006-RMS became an approved vendor for the national implementation of the Hospital CAHPS® survey. 2008-RMS moved to Baldwinsville Village Commons, expanding its office to accommodate it's increasing staff. 2009-RMS moved again, within the Commons, to a larger space, expanding its call center and opening a full-service focus group facility. The onsite call center and focus group facility make up RMS QualiSight, which offers an independent means to conduct personalized satisfaction studies, prospect qualifying calls, conduct in-depth interviews, recruit qualified participants, plus much more. Conducting both primary and secondary research, the company offers telephone, written and electronic surveys, focus groups and individual in-depth interviews among other services. This same year, RMS also expanded its research services into two distinct divisions: RMS Healthcare and RMS Analytics. 2010-RMS Healthcare became one of a small number of approved vendors offering Home Healthcare CAHPS® survey administration at the onset of national implementation. It also launched its practice transformation services assisting healthcare providers in adopting new business models for delivering patient centered care. RMS Healthcare staff can help practices submit an application for NCQA's PCMH™ accreditation, among offering several other practice transformation services. 2012-RMS celebrated its ten-year anniversary and expanded globally, including their first international client to conduct focus groups. RMS also began to administer ICH CAHPS® survey. 2014-RMS ViewPoint panel was established, creating an ever-growing panel of consumers and professionals interested in participating in research studies. RMS also begain administering the ACO CAHPS® survey. 2015-RMS received approval to conduct Hospice and PQRS CAHPS® surveys. RMS works with a diverse group of clients in all types of industries including Education, Healthcare and Financial Services.
