Another 15 laundries are located in Germany and in the CEE countries Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia. The family-owned company was founded in 1916 on Vienna's Salesianergasse by Magdalena Wittmann. Hans Krautschneider, the son of the founder, picked up on an idea originating in the USA in the 1970s and brought it back to his home country: the rental of textiles and clothing. Thomas Krautschneider is now the third generation of the family leading the successful company today. The SALESIANER Group offers top quality, hygiene and supply security when it comes to laundry services and rental textiles for the healthcare sector, hotels and restaurants as well as workwear for industry and commerce.
