Salwan Public School was established under the aegis of Salwan Education Trust in 1953 in New Delhi. Salwan, founder of the school ensured that the Trustees and members of the Managing Committee included eminent people from different walks of life - people, who were willing to sacrifice their time selflessly for the noble cause of education. At Salwan Public School, an innovative learner-centered approach is followed through an integrated activity based curriculum which includes creative experiential learning strategies and exciting activities leading to the holistic development of the students. Special provisions have been made to provide Inclusive Education to children with special needs and children with learning disabilities through special educators and psychologists. Widening the academic horizons, responsible global citizens are groomed at Salwan through International Exchange Programmes.
