While SECOLARI specializes in the freshest olive oils possible and the tastiest balsamic and vinegars available, Mary and I have also endeavored throughout our travels to source other products key to the "Age Old" Mediterranean Life-Style that are truly unique in terms of culinary influence and presentation. It is our mission to make the mundane exceptional by introducing our customers to unique culinary products not found in any other store within the immediate vicinity, particularly any of the local grocery store chains including Whole Foods, Baldacci's, and Trader Joes. It is also our goal to make sure that any of the products we source, must help enhance not only one's meal, but also whether the product will enhance a person's health, body, spirit, soul, mind and surroundings.
