Security Risk Solutions Inc., a SeaPort-e prime, is a small, woman-owned business that specializes in Healthcare Information Security and Privacy Risk Management Services. SRS recognizes the delicate balance and difficult challenges faced by organizations in trying to fulfill the business mission, yet still maintain regulatory requirements for security and privacy and implement best practices in a cost effective manner. Consulting services focus not only on the technical infrastructure, but also on the business processes and staff practices which play a crucial part in the effective implementation of any security, compliance or IT governance program. SRS is currently supporting ONC as the incumbent Initiative Coordinator for the Data Segmentation for Privacy initiative, and is supporting other Federal Agencies (DoD, VA, NIH, FDA) in the development and implementation of Security Certification and Accreditation artifacts for inter-agency and consumer facing healthcare information systems.
