Souder, Miller & Associates (SMA) is an engineering, environmental and surveying firm that provides the framework for employees to achieve more as a team for the benefit of their clients, communities and the environment. The Miller Group was founded in 1984 and became SMA after a merger in 1992 with Karl Souder & Associates. Today, SMA has offices in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas and Utah.
