We deliver a large portion of our construction services utilizing a CM At-Risk process: as a Construction Manager holding the prime construction contract, directly executing the work of construction, bidding and holding the subcontracts, and self-performing carpentry activities with our carpentry division where appropriate. We provide our clients with Lump Sum, Guaranteed Maximum Price, or Cost-Plus contract types based on their direction and attributes of the project. In a typical scenario, we engage with the project early, providing real-time costing and constructability feedback to leverage both the client and the design team during the up-front process. Our toolkit represents an evolution of the processes and best practices typical to Construction Managers, including BIM-enabled cost analysis, full integration between up-front subcontractor scopes and bid-evaluations, customized dynamic cost templates that sort and filter to accomodate an unlimited range and complexity of alternate-cost evaluation, and a proprietary cloud-based cost control software designed and built by us - the Stackmachine.
