Stark County Park District

stark parks is an award-winning park district in stark county, ohio featuring 15 parks, 120+ miles of hiking and biking trails, and 4 lakes for boating and fishing, and nature and wildlife programs. for five years stark parks has been named the “best park or recreation site” in annual voting sponsored by the stark county convention and visitors bureau. stark parks has also been honored with awards from the ohio parks & recreation association, american society of landscape architects, canton regional chamber of commerce, center of interactive learning and collaboration of and the national association of county parks and recreation officials.
