StateLine was formed on October 1, 1996 as a merger of 5 cooperatives under code 499 of the State of Iowa. As a farmer owned cooperative, it was formed to provide agriculture producers in Northern Iowa and Southern Minnesota all the products and services they need for livestock and grain production. The company is headquartered in Burt, Iowa.
