Our production begins with our in house Art Department. Our team is capable of designing and drawing you a new logo, concept or design that will fit your retail or promotional needs. We have over 30 years' experience in separations and can tackle any design you send our way. Whether it is a simulated spot color process, four color process or basic spot color, our knowledgeable crew will make the correct call on bringing the impression to life best. Film is printed and stored in a climate controlled room to maintain repeatable results for years to come. After films have been printed our team in the screen room gets ready to expose the screens. Our team takes pride in making a top quality screen because this is where the physical properties of the impression begin. We reuse and recycle roughly 200 screens every couple days. When screens are prepped and the order is ready for production, the job is set up on our M&R automatic presses to ensure tight, consistent registration throughout the run. The presses are kept up to date and very well maintained to ensure our quality of product. Quality is controlled by our experienced staff through the production run as well as finishing's. The finishing department adds sewn labels, UPS tickets, hang tags and can individually fold and poly bag the orders required for retail. Shipping takes place in client supplied packaging or standard packaging depending on the requirements.
