THE TOTTORI BANK, LTD. (the Bank) is a regional bank which operates in three business segments. The Banking segment offers financial services that include deposits, loans, domestic and foreign exchange transactions, securities investment and commodities trading. This segment is also in engaged in the provision of printing, binding, document and other clerical services, and the manpower dispatching business. The Card segment provides credit card services through one of its subsidiaries. The Others segment is engaged in the provision of venture capital and leasing services, as well as the development and sale of programs, as well as the transmission and processing of data.
