T S Builders Pvt Ltd is the company that has brought Sports Facility infrastructure to International Standards in Pakistan. The company was formed in 1984 as a conventional construction company. In 1990 the company diversified into sports facility upgradation and construction and now leads the market in this field. The company was founded by Late Maj( R ) Tughral Shah Khan who was regarded as one of the best known Civil Engineer in the Country. To his credit he had the experience on working on the Karakoram Highway project, Skadru Road and at the ICI PTA project ( The Largest foreign investment at the time) Today T S Builders Pvt Ltd leads the market in regards to quality and and volume of our products. Starting as a Partner of ASB Squash Germany, largest manufacturer of Squash court development material we are now the main providers of Artificial Grass for Sports/Landscape, Multipurpose Flooring, Tennis Courts, Basketball court, athletic running track and other indoor and outdoor sports facilities. Along this successful road many mile stones have been achieved by our company. To our credit till 2015 we have developed/renovated more than 300 squash courts all across Pakistan. T S Builders Pvt Ltd introduced Synthetic based hard court first time in Pakistan in year 2009. These courts are of same standard as of US and Australian open from renowned supplier M/S Plexipave USA. Close to a 100 tennis courts now bear Plexipave surface in the country. The first ever Blue hockey turf was installed in Lahore with the Help of our supplier M/S Desso Netherlands. Along with this we have installed Desso turf for football with FIFA certification in Karachi. T S Builders Pvt Ltd has a dedicated team of installers with reach to any part of the country. This team has been foreign trainer and has even carried out installation in sites in Africa. At all stages we work closely with our clients/architects to insure that the facility falls under strict international standards.
