The service team acts as an extension of the client's recruiting team and can assist with strategy, sourcing, screening calls, or full cycle recruiting. The Upsider service team operates through the technology, so clients have full visibility into the work and can take over self-service at any point in the future. Do you integrate with my ATS? Yes, the Upsider platform has integrations in place with most ATS platforms. Data flows bi-directionally, which means that we'll import your ATS data into Upsider (only using it in your account), clean the data (around 75% of ATS data is out of date), and run it through our models so that searching your existing candidates actually becomes easy and useful. We'll also push any data generated in Upsider (emailed candidates, positive replies, etc) back into your ATS for scheduling and interview management. Upsider can also support custom integration if required by the client. Where does Upsider's data come from? Upsider's data comes from dozens of sources across the open web, aggregated through Upsider's proprietary technology. The database includes candidate work history, skills, contact info, social links, and hundreds of other data points. A separate company database allows us to aggregate relevant company information that feed our models when determining candidate relevance scores. The data is validated and kept up-to-date through monthly updates, as well as when candidates appear in real-time results. I already use LinkedIn, what's the difference? Clients generally use LinkedIn alongside Upsider. A chrome extension will allow anyone found on LinkedIn to be saved in an Upsider project. The extension also includes information about the last time a candidate has been messaged. In addition, most candidates in Upsider include LinkedIn profile links to make it easy to cross reference and view social profile activity. How much does it cost? Upsider pricing is based on the number of concurrent searches, and varies based on volume. It's a highly cost effective solution that will provide significantly better results than a job posting, and will deliver immediate ROI.
