The Facility Our facility features three fully equipped Focus Group Suites with a full kitchen, respondent waiting areas away from the main reception area, secured room for product placements and private client restroom facilities. Focus Group Rooms can be configured to meet a variety of looks from living room to classroom to conference room. Each Suite is equipped with: a large one-way mirror for easy viewing, a ceiling mounted, stationary camera, two professional-grade DVD recording decks snack and beverage bar The Client Viewing Rooms have easy access wireless internet connections, comfortable, tiered, theater-style seating, writing surfaces and electrical outlets at every seating location. To offer clients a quiet work environment or just to take a break from the activities of the Group Room, each Viewing Room has an attached Client Lounge. Clients may utilize this space before, during and after focus group sessions. For the times when clients are prevented from physically attending a qualitative research session, we have the capability of video conferencing or viewing a session through video-streaming. Having teamed with FocusVision, we are able to bring our clients the best multimedia experience possible, whether it is at our facility or anywhere else in the world.
