Weiss Construction Co. was organized and incorporated in the State of Michigan in 1969, converted to Limited Liability Company status in 1999, and is one of the preeminent general contracting and mechanical contracting companies in southeast Michigan. Weiss has completed over $1 Billion of construction work in the last 40 years, engaging in general contracting and mechanical contracting, specializing in water treatment and wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, reinforced concrete structures and chemical and process piping, instrumentation, rehabilitation and improvement projects. Weiss also previously held the maintenance contract at the Detroit WWTP. In recent years, Weiss has also been awarded and successfully performed many Construction Management as well as Design/Build projects.
