W&C's comprehensive LIFETRAXX retirement analysis for school employees includes financial aspects of retirement including MPSERS, pension options, investments, income at retirement and Social Security. The LIFETRAXX analysis can be a valuable tool for school employees concerned about their retirement income and how to plan for their retirement. In 2001 Williams & Company expanded into the Employee Benefits arena. Our trained and experienced employee benefit specialists have more than 40 combined years of experience in helping businesses and schools find innovative cost effective solutions to maximize the value of their health care dollar. In 2004, W&C formed a partnership with Michigan Association of Retired School Employees (MARSP) and founded MARSP Retirement Planning Services, which provides education seminars state wide for school employees. MARSP-RPS is an avenue for school employees that are interested in learning more about retirement issues. At present, Richard Williams founder of Williams & Company Financial Services has worked with school employees since 1989 and is proud to have advisors throughout Michigan serving most school districts.
