Wonders was restructured in 1995 from the former Shanghai Computer Software Lab (SCSL), which was formed in 1985 as one of the two IT outsourcing bases. In 1985, SCSL was formed to mainly focus on outsourcing business. During this period, Wonders worked with many IT giants oversea, including HP, Intel, Microsoft, etc. A number of key members in Wonders worked oversea in US, Japan, and Singapore. By 1996, with years' of experience, key members of the company returning China lead the company to have successfully completed several showcase projects. During this period, Wonders accumulated vast experience in the IT product development, solutions and services. Today, with the rapid growth of China's IT market, the favorable government policy and a better infrastructure, Wonders is in a great position to capitalize on the fast growing IT industry, domestic and international.
