Zazove Associates, LLC is an independent, employee owned investment management firm solely focused on convertible securities since it was founded in 1971. Zazove is an active manager with a quantitative approach to convertible risk/reward structure. The investment team manages a broad range of convertible strategies, and invests across the credit spectrum and around the globe. Led by Chief Executive Officer and Senior Portfolio Manager Gene Pretti since 1989, Zazove headquarters relocated from Chicago, Illinois to Incline Village, Nevada in 1995. The firm's institutional clients include insurance companies, healthcare organizations, public pension plans, corporate plan sponsors, endowments and foundations, and family offices.
