Established in 1988 in London as Hotlines Telemarketing Ltd, the Glasgow branch (which was established in June 2000) rebranded as 1Call Direct in October 2003. We are a "Top of the League" acquisition / sales outsourcer that exceeds customer targets, reduces risk and drives exceptional return on investment for clients in many sectors. Our 250 employees based at our Glasgow City Centre office generate over a 150,000 sales a year on behalf of clients in the Utility, Telecommunications and Charity sectors. In July 2012 we opened our second call centre in Larbert which will create 100 new jobs.
