Carol and Lynn became friends through real estate over the years. Bouncing ideas off each other and basically lending support to each other. So, they decided to join forces and started a new company beginning with 14 agents. Over the three years the company has grown to two locations and 26 agents. We are small without any layers and can respond to clients needs fast. Small means lean, however we offer full-service to clients, including buyers, sellers, and investment property owners through our property management services. Offices are conveniently located beachside in Daytona Beach Shores and Daytona Beach in the area of Bellair Plaza. About Carol & Lynn: Carol brings a background of 35 years ownership in an insurance business and is involved with the Casements (winter home of John D Rockefeller) as a docent giving tours of the home. She is also on the Board of Directors of the Ormond Beach Historical Society, helping to preserve the rich history of Ormond Beach. Carol was awarded the "2016 Community Partnership Award". Lynn was a materials manager for companies in Florida and Pennsylvania. She also worked as a new car salesperson in Germany and Virginia and way back she was one of the first women selling auto parts in a Chevrolet Dealership.
