One Week Kitchens

1 Week Kitchens was founded by Rich Rome. Rich has over 25 years of experience in the remodeling industry. He began his career as president of Rome Construction, where he and his crew remodeled kitchens and bathrooms, flipped houses and built custom homes. In 2001, Rich opened ReBath Northeast, a bathroom remodeling franchise that uses ReBath® acrylic products and specializes in one day bathtub and shower remodels. After years remodeling bathtubs and showers, many of ReBath Northeast's customers began asking Rich to remodel the rest of their bathrooms and other parts of their home. Rich developed a simplified system that allows customers to choose everything they need for their bathroom remodel right in their home or at the showroom. With the skill of ReBath Northeast's experienced installers, full bathroom remodels take just two or three days. It did not take Rich long to realize that if his company could remodel bathrooms in just a few days, we could certainly remodel a kitchen in a week. With that thought in mind: 1 Week Kitchens was born. When Rich first thought of the idea to open a kitchen remodeling business, he thought about a great designer he worked with when he built custom kitchens as Rome Construction. Pat Costantino, a kitchen designer by trade, has over 30 years of experience in the kitchen and cabinet industry. As a kid, Pat worked at his father's cabinet making business, first in the shop and later in the field. Because of his vast experience and wonderful people skills, Rich knew he would be the perfect manager and designer for 1 Week Kitchens.
