With over 10 years of experience working in organizations with Strengthsfinder, 34 Strong CEO Brandon Miller, was part of the inaugural class of Gallup Certified coaches. In going through Certification, Miller realized that Strengths was too great to just do on his own. He realized how much further this could be taken by going together. He shared his thoughts with Co-Founder and COO Darren Virassammy, also a firm believer in going far together. From Miller's vision of building a Strengths-based Interdependent Organization focused on building Strengths-based Interdependent organizations, 34 Strong was born.
