3P Processing

3P Processing is committed to compliance with Section 1502 of the U.S. Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. To satisfy both customer requirements and the goals of the Act, 3P requires a due diligence review of the chemicals and other materials necessary for the processes specified by our customers. 3P shall strive to provide only conflict free processes through responsible and appropriate sourcing activities. Suppliers and customers unwilling to implement procedures which assure only conflict free products are specified and supplied to 3P may be ineligible for 3P approved status.
