Triple Helix Corporation (3XC) recently installed a new touchscreen control system for the Superior Rug Cleaning Corporation (SRC) that dramatically improves order processing at their main plant in Springfield, MA. The system works directly with SRC's legacy invoice management system and allows for a fourfold (4x) decrease in the time it takes to enter and process rugs into their system for cleaning. Aaron Sokolov, VP of Operations, said: "This new system is very important to us as our customer volume has been increasing steadily year over year and the new touchscreen control will allow us to clean significantly more rugs in less time." SRC specializes in fine Oriental rug cleaning and restoration and have been in continuous operation in Springfield, MA since 1946, Boston, MA since 1856 and Bloomfield, CT since 1947.
