4G Networks is licensed by RURA and started operations in Kigali in 2012 with the aim to provide reliable and value-for-money Internet solutions for businesses across the city. The company has done that using unlimited (no data cap) speed based products and remains one of the only ISPs to do so. 4G Networks is owned by the Afrimax Group which is headquartered in Amsterdam, The Netherlands and has operations in a number of African countries.
