Founded in 1989, 5B Investments, Inc. is a privately held corporation with historical interests in commercial, industrial, residential, self-storage and restaurant projects throughout the U.S. and Canada exceeding revenues of $100 million. In 2014, 5B Investments restructured its portfolio to focus solely on new projects in the multi-family housing and self-storage industries.
