Ableman International Limited and Mainticare Limited, both registered in 2001 and operating in this sector ever since, are the founding companies of the group. The knowledge, experience and reputation gained over the past operating years by both Ableman International Limited and Mainticare Limited, have contributed to place the group at the forefront of the service providers for the Oil and Gas Industry. With its office based in Malta, during the last years, the Group has also established itself internationally by founding ACARE Oil & Gas Services Ltd. in Israel, Ablecare Oilfield Services (Egypt) Ltd. in Egypt and two Mainticare Ltd. branches in Tunisia and Spain.
