Applied Behavior & Learning Enterprises (ABLE) was founded in 2010 in order to provide much needed behavior services to the community. Our consulting team is led by Faun Jimenez, M.S., BCBA who has worked as a Behavior Analyst in both Florida and California. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Psychology with a Specialty in Applied Behavior Analysis, both from Florida State University. Ms. Jimenez was born and raised in Costa Rica; she is fluent in English and Spanish, holds a Bachelor degree in French, and has a unique understanding of cultural diversity. As a Behavior Analyst Ms. Jimenez has provided supervision to many BCBA eligible colleagues and has also created program designs for various agencies in Southern California. She is responsible for designing and maintaining individualized educational programs for her clients, as well as creating and leading training programs for staff and parents. At ABLE we believe in approaching referrals professionally, ethically, and with full accountability to our clients. We have hired consultants from diverse cultures and backgrounds in order to better serve the community. Our consultants are bilingual and have experience in severe child behavior disorder, effective autism treatment, classroom management, developmental disabilities and performance management. We look forward to applying ethical, data driven interventions to change lives of our clients.
