In 2012 ACA produced its first hard cover yearbook, with pictures of all 276 students and 48 staff. The 2013-2014 academic year brought a major change to the way school was run. During the staff retreat and board meetings, two positions were created: Vice Principal Academics, Vice Principal Administration. The school was then reorganized moving all the classes to the Main School Block, leaving the original school as the "Admin Block. The Junior and Middle Schools now became one Elementary School. Two additional spaces were developed to provide a long-desired Science Museum, featuring unique student projects, as well as pictures of famous scientists who have visited the school, and a necessary Conference Room. ACA welcomed "grandchildren" into the school (students' children). ACA was also approved to be a center for the TOEFL examinations. A kitchen and gym were added to the facilities in 2014-2015. Karen Nwulu was awarded a Masters in Education from Dordt College, U.S.A., in the spring of 2015. In the fall, our longest serving teacher, "Mr. Joe" retired at the age of 65. In June 2016, ACA celebrated 25 years of existence. Throughout its history, ACA has provided quality international education to students from 55 different countries.
