The Access Group LLC is a privately-owned real estate investment company that acquires, constructs, renovates and manages apartment, retail and mixed-use properties. Its portfolio consists of luxury apartment rentals, market-rate apartment units for middle-income households, affordable housing designed for low-income families and seniors, and well-located retail and mixed-use properties in large, growing urban centers. Its investment strategy is to acquire or develop properties and to hold them for a long time. The vast majority of its properties are managed by an affiliated management company, AGM Management LLC.
