Accommodation for Students was founded in June 2000 by two university students who experienced first hand the difficulties with finding student accommodation. Our aim is to help you find the best student accommodation available within the least amount of time. We provide a fully searchable database so that you can retrieve detailed descriptions of properties that match your exact requirements. Unlike other student accommodation websites, all of the properties featured on our website are available to let and our database is up to date. Landlords/agents pay to advertise and their properties are removed once let. One click contact e-mail facilities enable students to contact landlords/agents at the touch of a button, there are also message boards where students can post their accommodation requirements. These requirements are then displayed to relevant landlords and letting agents in the area. We also provide student reviews (students are asked to rate their last student digs town/city). This enables students to get feel for a place (very useful for students new to an area). The guides section tells students what to be aware of when renting student accommodation. We want to provide students with the best informed choice when selecting student property. We do this by giving our landlords and agents the opportunity to provide as much detail about their properties and also about their background in student letting.
