She develops and establishes human resource and payroll processes for Accountbl's clients to effectively support rapid business growth, and provides compliance payroll solutions. She has 10 years of experience in all areas of human resources, having worked in management for both the food and beverage and hotel industries, where employee interactions were the forefront of her focus. Her love for working with people has motivated her to pursue a CP certification with the Society of Human Resource Management. A Las Vegas native and former journalism student at the College of Southern Nevada, Nolen moved to Santa Cruz in 2014 to fulfill her lifelong dream of living near the Pacific Ocean. When Nolen is not working to provide excellent structure and support to her clients, she spends most of her time on hikes with her husband, reading, or at the beach with her English bulldog.
