As a result of our approach, fortitude and flexibility, we have been fortunate to build on our success year after year. Our reputation is sterling. As a case in point, we began a professional relationship with Harvard University in 1949, the year we began, which continues to this day. We have a 27-year professional relationship with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. And our client partnership with Berklee College of Music, for which we provide full-time maintenance, custodial and trade services and personnel, goes back more than 22 years.
