Acorn Polymers (UK) Ltd is a UK based dental supplier and a manufacturer of many plastic products that are used within the dental field. Established in 1993, our company originally started as a specialist manufacturer of EVA blanks. Since our incorporation, we believe we have substantially increased the selection of mouthguards within the UK. Due to this success, our company has now grown to provide a variety of products to the dental industry. We consider ourselves a friendly company and are always willing to listen to customer suggestions and requests. In fact, many of our current range of mouthguard blanks originally started as customer requests. We would like to thank our customers for helping our business grow with their advice, suggestions and custom. We hope to continue this success and strive to provide the best service, quality and choice of products at a low price. Acorn Polymers is registered with the MDA and have had our EVA blanks and boxes tested by a UKAS approved test house and Notified body enabling us to apply the CE mark under both the Medical Device Directive and PPE Directive 89/686/EEC. We are also members of the Federation of small businesses and are registered to ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001 (Environment).
