Action Chapel International

The youth Church of Action Chapel International is a "church" within the main church focused on the spiritual needs of children between the ages of 13 and 18 years. The Youth Church the link between the church pre-youth church and the Adult church. The Youth church is headed by a Pastor and is assisted by a senior group of Leaders who are called Teachers and a younger group of Teachers called "Deacons". In all we have 18 deacons who are between the ages of 18 to 25 years and 10 Teachers aged between 24 and 31 years. The youth church is seen as a training ground for raising the next generation of leaders and so opportunities are created for the Deacons and Teachers to grow their management, speaking and negotiation skills. Out of this group therefore we choose MCs for all the services we hold on Sunday, Ministers in charge of the services, Announcers, ABC Teachers and Preachers. The Youth Pastor preaches once every month on the topic selected and the Group and Teacher and Deacons are assigned preaching slots for the rest of the month for all the 3 services. The Youth church has programs for the whole year, and all these programs are managed by the Group of Teachers and Deacons with the Youth Pastor and his team giving them directions. Some of the programs we have had this year include the Annual Camp Meeting, Asa the Lord's Dance, Freshmen for Christ and Aloud as well as our regular quarterly Review meetings.
