Active Capital Ltd., a Dart Enterprises company, is the holding company for a number of investments in luxury retail, travel and duty-free retail, wholesale distribution and related real estate. Located in the Caribbean on the island of Grand Cayman. Active Capital Ltd. serves to develop, support and manage the wide range of investment businesses in the portfolio. Led by Hugh Treadwell Jr., the company provides capital, research, analysis, accounting, operations, merchandising, information technology, logistics, branding, marketing, human resources, and project management support with in-house specialists from all of these areas.
