ADACTA specialises in companies in energy supply, discrete manufacturing, professional services, tourism and financial services industries. ADACTA is also an independent software provider for the insurance industry in the Central and Eastern European economic area, with an additional 200 employees in Slovenia, Serbia, the Czech Republic and Russia. The insurance division is not part of the acquisition and continues to operate with the existing ownership structure under the name ADACTA FINTECH.
