Addo is a not-for-profit Company Limited by Guarantee with a collaborative ethos, founded by Sarah Pace and Tracy Simpson. We have in excess of 20 years experience of working in the arts in Wales, a strong track record of success and an established working practice and knowledge of art in the public realm. Between us we have many years experience in leading art projects in the public realm, including permanent and temporary works, artist residencies and strategies, on behalf of the public and private sectors, as well as grass roots community and artist-led initiatives.
