Because of our continuous dedication to improving product quality, we were granted the ISO 9002 certificate in 1994, and passed the audit of ISO 9001 in 1998. Due to qualify as a supplier in aerospace industry, we awarded AS9100 certificate in 2009. In order to maintain our competitiveness in the electronic age, we use CAD-CAM and RP (rapid prototyping) technology to enhance our ability as an OEM. In 2004, we collaborated with the Ministry of Economic Affairs for the project named Co-Sports Chain with the vision of becoming one of the most successful sports and recreation manufacturing companies in the world, enhancing our international competitive edge and marching along the path towards a professional ODM. We reintroduced SAP ERP and HCM systems in 2008 to utilize all enterprise internal resources more efficiently, to strengthen Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and to proceed with the employee development plan so that we can move forward to globalization. Facing the global warming getting worse, as a member of the Global Village, we understand that we must pursue the continuous growth and prosperity while maintaining sustainable development. In order to pursue this, we must take in account resource sustainability, along with the ecological/environmental protection. AD Group Sustainability Policy stipulated in 2012, is best used to address these concerns, with focus on environmental protection, carbon, and waste reduction.
