The Adventist Development and Relief Agency
The Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) is a non-governmental, non-sectarian, humanitarian organization established by the Seventh-day Adventist Church for community development, and disaster relief and rehabilitation. ADRA Madagascar belongs to the worldwide ADRA network, with more than 130 supporting and implementing country offices. ADRA Madagascar became an officially recognized NGO by the Government of Madagascar in 1992. Since then, we have implemented a diverse portfolio of food security, health, education, and relief projects, primarily in the central, eastern and southern regions of Madagascar. ADRA Madagascar currently maintains offices in Antananarivo, Fianarantsoa in the southern-central plateau, and Betroka, Bekily and Ampanihy in the south of the island.
