At John Pointon and Sons we provide waste disposal, recycling and environmental solutions for animal by products and food waste. Every year, we collect more than a half a million tonnes of animal by-products and food waste, providing an essential, reliable and sanitary service. We transform waste material into high-quality products destined for a portfolio of industries in the United Kingdom and Europe. Our customers range from major pet food manufacturers, oleochemical industries and cement producers. We are a sophisticated, modern organization with more than two hundred employees in state of the art facilities across Staffordshire. However, we haven't forgotten the values that drove our founder John Pointon. This includes offering a courteous, personalised service; understanding our customers' needs; and meeting demanding standards day in and day out. We're also committed to being sympathetic and responsible neighbours in the communities where we operate, ensuring that all our facilities fully comply with environmental legislation. JPS are the only recycling and rendering company within the United Kingdom to obtain both ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 Environmental and Health & Safety accreditations from the British Standards Institute.
