Tuarnound - Our turnaround time during most of the year is 5-7 business days plus shipping. During our peak season our turnaround time to extend to 10-14 days but we will do everything is our power to meet your deadline. 3. Guarantee - I think that every company creating custom decorated products should stand by their products. Whether it is your fault or the fault of the customer we make sure the customer concludes the transaction 100% satisfied.
