Aegean Shipping Management S.A. and Aegean Eco Carriers S.A. are separate legal entities and not a partnership. Aegean Shipping does not provide any services to clients. Aegean Shipping Management S.A. and Aegean Eco Carriers S.A. are not agents and do not obligate one another and are not liable for one another's acts or omissions.
