Aereon, headquartered in Austin, Texas is a global leader in combustion, vapor recovery, and air pollution-control technology services and equipment for multiple industries. Aereon was formed in 2012 when Flare Industries, LLC acquired Jordan Technologies, and subsequently acquired select assets from Abutec LLC. Under three brands, Aereon offers the broadest product line of flare systems, enclosed combustion systems/thermal oxidizers, ignition systems and vapor recovery units. Aereon supplies equipment and services to customers in over 45 countries around the world. Aereon was recapitalized in 2011 by Turnbridge Capital LLC, a private equity firm focused exclusively on energy services and equipment investments.
