AGF fully joins the Ajinomoto Group. AGF offers "a cup with value." Ajinomoto General Foods, Inc. (AGF) was established on August 1, 1973 as a 50/50 joint venture between Ajinomoto Co., Inc. and General Foods Corporation (GFC; currently Mondelz International, Inc.) of the United States. Ajinomoto Co. became the sole distributor of AGF products.
