Aglatech14 was founded in 2014, acquiring the assets of Aglatech (formerly Aglaia), a company with decades of experience in the field of technical translation and specialising particularly in patent translation, in which the company is the market leader, with more than 20 million words translated between July 2014 and July 2015. We aim to support our clients as language consultants in all fields where technology is synonymous with progress, well-being and cutting edge solutions, using the most up-to-date computer-assisted translation systems. The natural markets for our specialisation are medicine, law, IT contracts and the biosciences. To achieve this objective, Aglatech14 uses qualified native speakers with a sound linguistic background and years of experience in their specialist areas of expertise. The case-by-case search for the professionals best qualified to provide an effective, high quality product is entrusted to the painstaking and experienced approach of our Operational Project Director, who has more than fifteen years experience in the field of technical translations. The texts are always reviewed by a third party, usually a specialist in-house translator, to guarantee consistently high standards in accordance with agreed deadlines, terms and conditions.
