Agricare

Agricare Limited was established in 1968 as a wholly owned international subsidiary of Pfizer Corporation of New York, U.S.A. In 1975 Pfizer Corporation shed off its interest in feed manufacturing. It ceded 25% of its equity holding to some private individuals. The Agricultural Development Bank also acquired 25% of the total share holding. In 1991, Pfizer Corporation sold off its remaining 50% shares of equity to other private individuals. Agricare Limited received its Certificate of Incorporation Number C-2564 on 9th September, 1968 by the Registrar of Companies in Ghana. The company was re-registered on 18th August, 2015.
