Agrihold Management
Agrihold is a holding company formed by companies operating in the field of agribusiness. Born in Paraguay in the late 1990s (from the company AGROTEC), it extended its activities to Uruguay, Brazil and China, from a policy of continuous growth based on different ethical and business values. Open to entering new ventures in the field, made of (solid and lasting) alliances with leading companies in its international expansion strategy, the continued growth of diversifying its approach risks inherent to agricultural activities and the economy scale commercial operating base. Aiming to encourage investment in different geographies and business areas, Agrihold emerged as an instance of investment and management, with emphasis on the production and marketing of agrochemicals, seeds, fertilizer and other production technologies. Born of the entrepreneurial spirit of four generations of the Zanchet family, is today one of the major holding companies in the industry in the Southern Cone. It began with the Paraguayan company AGROTEC (which established a pattern of work and development with producers that later would be replicated by other companies), which followed the Paraguayan also CAELUM, the Uruguayan SOLARIS and ALTA in Brazil. Entering the Chinese market through companies INTERAG and DUCOM, the AGRIHOLD GROUP opens a wide range of possibilities for global investments in everything related to agricultural production. Their companies cover the entire production chain cycle from previous work with the producer to sell the grain.
